Yesterday as I was washing dishes, Jer was mowing on the tractor, and our kids were running around outside I got to thinking. I wish every child got to experience living the farm life.
This is where our kids get to play and run everyday.
This is what our porch looks like most days
Our kids get to ride in tractors, see animals born, see daddy mow hay, papa bale hay, and see mommy pull goats.
We get to run down the dyke, and eat dinner in the field
Sometimes we have to say goodbye to our best friends
We get to watch the sun set sitting on a fence
And all we have to do is walk out our back door.
